Thrive is helping our customers Thrive! Here’s what’s new

Our Thrive offering is delivering measurable value to our customers, helping their businesses run like well-oiled machines – with special thanks to Josh, who’s recently stepped into his new role as Customer & Business Support Manager. We sat down with Josh to hear all about how things are Thriving!

First up, let’s talk about a win that had our team doing a little happy dance—our average resolution time has dropped by 60% since January! And if that’s not enough to make you smile, our median response time has also shrunk by 50%. We’re all about getting things done efficiently, so our customers can focus on what they do best.

One of Josh’s favourite things to do with Thrive is helping our customers turn their “what if” ideas into reality. “Just the other day, we wrapped up a mini-project for a customer who wanted to add some new features to their existing solution” said Josh. The team jumped in with a discovery session, rolled up their sleeves, and before they knew it, the customer had an exciting solution that’s making their workday a whole lot easier. And speaking of success, we’re excited to share that one of our long-term customers has just completed their third product iteration with Thrive! “Every iteration adds something new, making the solution more robust and better aligned with the customer’s evolving needs”, said Josh. “It’s moments like these that remind us why we’re passionate about what we do.”

We also understand transparency matters for our customers, so our improved reporting and regular service check-ins ensure everyone is on the same page. One customer told us that our new fortnightly meetings were a game-changer for keeping both sides accountable. “The fortnightly meetings are a simple but effective way to maintain transparency and ensure our customers always know where things stand,” said Josh. It’s like having a friendly nudge to stay on track, and we’re all about that!

These are just a few of the ways we’re making Thrive work harder and smarter for our customers with Josh leading the charge. We’re super excited about what’s next and can’t wait to see how we can help even more businesses Thrive.
