The web application provided a repository for all project-related data, enabling stakeholders to access this information at any time, from anywhere, and on any device. The application was highly configurable and flexible, allowing it to be tailored to the specific needs of each project, and the ETL processes ensured that data from different sources was standardised and consistent. The Power BI dashboards and reports provided clear and concise visual representations of the data, making it easier to understand and communicate. This solution was designed to meet the evolving needs of the organisation, with the flexibility to scale and adapt as the organisation grows.
