Tony Gray

Tony is Associate Director at Mojo Soup, bringing together deep technical expertise with a very practical approach to solving Customer problems.

His background spans solution architecture, data, business and systems integration, and Enterprise Project Management. He has extensive experience designing, implementing and improving P3M systems, with strong capability across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Automate and the Azure data stack.

For Customers, that means Tony is just as comfortable getting into the technical detail as he is stepping back to understand the bigger business problem. He has a knack for making complicated systems easier to understand, bringing the right people into the conversation and helping teams move from “this is messy” to a clear, workable way forward.

As Associate Director, Tony also plays a key role in shaping how we deliver. He sets clear expectations, keeps teams focused on tangible outcomes and creates the space for people to do their best work – all while keeping the Customer experience front and centre.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his daughter and family, alongside exploring his creative side through technology. From experimenting with AI to developing games, there’s usually a new idea on the go, with plenty of room for the everyday fun of being a dad.
