Muhammad Hamza

Hamza is a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Consultant who is naturally curious about how things work, whether that is a business process, a user problem or a new feature. He began his career as an IT business analyst before moving into the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, working across consultancies in Sydney and Brisbane and most recently supporting the Dynamics and Power Platform environment for a funds management business.

His depth sits in Power Pages, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Automate and integration design, with experience spanning entity permissions, Liquid, CRM governance and release management. Hamza values the Power Platform for being an accessible entry point for technical and non-technical people alike, where you can start with low-code and build toward pro-code as needs grow. He is known for taking complexity and making it structured and clear, and for the view that good solutions start with good understanding, and that empathy matters as much as technical skill.

Away from work, Hamza is an avid anime fan and someone who actively seeks out new challenges and unfamiliar territory.
